Cake4Kindness Outreach

Cake4Kindness currently delivers a bi-monthly outreach programme across London, bringing handmade cakes and moments of connection to people experiencing homelessness and hardship. As demand for our outreach continues to grow, our aspiration is to increase the programme to monthly by 2027, enabling us to reach more people with kindness, conversation, and compassion throughout the year.

Cake4Kindness Outreach

Life on the streets can be harsh and lonely. Through our Cake4Kindness Outreach, we create opportunities to connect with people experiencing homelessness or hardship through the simple gift of a handmade cupcake.

Currently operating bi-monthly across London, UK, our volunteers come together to bake and decorate cakes with love and care. A small outreach team then partners with local community organisations to distribute the cakes through their services, or we walk the streets of London, including Piccadilly Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Trafalgar Square to personally offer cupcakes, share a conversation, and spread kindness to those we meet.

While our outreach does not solve the challenges of hunger or homelessness, it offers something equally meaningful: a moment of joy, human connection, and the reminder that someone cares. Every cupcake is a small act of kindness, created to help people feel seen, valued, and remembered.

At Cake4Kindness, we believe that even the smallest gesture can make a lasting difference.
